Basic Property Management

This package has been developed for the commercial
and/or residential property manager with the need for light accounting functions.
The basic version includes some of the features explained in the features
list. This package is available for only single users.

Basic Property Management manages apartments,
condominiums,subsidized housing, single family and for light use in the
Management of offices, shopping centers, industrial parks, warehouses, or
convalescent homes. The system includes features such as an easy-to-use
menu screen with field-by-field “help” messages, a fully integrated
general ledger (tenant receivable and accounts payable) and twenty-four
open accounting periods making it unnecessary to close the general ledger
except at the fiscal year end. The system also provides for prior year entries
and reporting, budgeting, computer printed check writing and tenant cash
posting capabilities using a MICR check scanner. An easy to follow manual.

Professional
Property Management ™

This package has been developed for the commercial
and/or residential property manager with the need for very flexible and
advanced accounting functions. The professional version includes all of
the features explained in the features list with the exception of the MICR
check writing and MICR check scanner. These two options are available at
an additional cost. This package is available for either single or multi-user.

Professional Property Management manages

Site Operations Supervisor

This is a configurable subset of the
Professional Property Management™ system for use at remote locations.
It requires the purchase of the Professional Property Managementä version
for the main office. Entries can be downloaded from the remote site to the
main office upon demand. Perfect for the on-site manager, billing and receiving
rents, performing move-in and move-outs and maintaining general tenant information.
